I would just like to let anyone know who reads this that Lisa Wexhler is a real estate agent that I would whole-heartedly recommend to anyone who needs services such as she provides, especially in difficult probate cases I recently had to administer my mother's estate, as she had no will or trust to close out her affairs. The largest part of her estate was our family home, which had been in our family for roughly 47 years.
This was a gargantuan undertaking, in many ways, and I am so extremely fortunate that I had Lisa Wexhler on my side throughout the process! This estate was fraught with problems of every sort; every time we turned around there was a new issue, and each time, Lisa came up with the answer. She has extensive contacts which include every facet possible for renovating a home, from contractors to pool companies, to landscapers, chimney sweeps, pest control, and even junk removal. Her "brand" is to be part of a team, and she lives up to that premise! Lisa simply would not take "No" for an answer, but she was able to do it without alienating anyone, which in my experience is pretty rare! Not only would she not take "No" for an answer, but she would continually follow up with people, and would gently prod them along - myself included when necessary, but very gently! After a while, the process began to become difficult for me to get through - there were so many problems - but Lisa was always there with bolstering shots of optimism and support. Once the renovations were done (gorgeous!), we encountered new issues and through it all I could not have been more pleased with the guidance and support from Lisa. We were a team. In the end we received 3 offers. Lisa was able to give us a result we could never have dreamed of!!!
